	All Cooper Bike Training instructors are volunteers and motorcycling enthusiasts, with backgrounds ranging from touring to racing and varied training knowledge and qualifications which include both British and North American methods and techniques.

	Cooper Bike Training needs more Instructors! If you enjoy motorcycling, becoming an instructor will give you a chance to 'put something back'. The main requirement we have is enthusiasm. The main reward is the pleasure you will receive from seeing someone's riding improve during their course – and the greater enjoyment they can get from their riding. You might even save someone's life. More tangible rewards include machine expenses. Although previous experience of advanced riding would be useful, full training can be arranged.
